Lash Primer Mascara

Enhance the volume and length of your lashes before applying mascara! This formula–with Vitamin E, Protein Derivatives, and Pro-Vitamin B5 (Panthenol)–helps condition, nourish, and strengthen lashes. Apply to lashes, follow immediately with mascara. 9 ml. 0.30 fl.oz.
