Free Shipping on all orders within the USA!
Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent within 1-3 business days (*unless stated otherwise on an item description) we do not ship on weekends or holidays. However, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
All U.S. orders ship with USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier. We ship out Monday-Friday. Shipping times typically take 3-7 business days once they leave our warehouse packages are NOT insured. SHOPJUJUBYJESS.COM is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping. Please make sure you enter the correct and valid delivery address for your order. Any returned packages with an incorrect address will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
Please Note: SHOPJUJUBYJESS.COM is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".
Sales Tax: Your Local State and City Sales Taxes will be applied to all orders if applicable.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days so we may address the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
